Cullercoats Saturday, September 25, 2010
www.ceepackaging.com http www.youtube.com Cullercoats is located between Tynemouth and Whitley Bay. There is a semi-circular sandy beach with cliffs and caves, and the village is a popular destination for day-trippers. The name is thought to derive from Dove (or Culver) Cotes. Historically the village depended on fishing; there was also local coal mining in so-called bell pits. The coal was used to fire salt pans (now long gone) on the field now known as the boat field. As a port, Cullercoats was used to export both salt and coal. However, the salt industry declined and the growth of the railways led to coal shipments being relocated to better harbours. This left fishing as the main industry and two piers were built on either side of the harbour to provide shelter for the many open top fishing vessels, or cobles, launched from the harbour. The harbour is the home of the Dove Marine Laboratory, a research and teaching laboratory which forms part of the School of Marine Science and Technology within Newcastle University In 1848, a coble taking a pilot to a ship further out at sea capsized with the loss of all on board. In response to this disaster the local landowner, the Duke of Northumberland funded the setting up of an RNLI lifeboat station. The following year a second disaster, this time costing 20 lifeboat crew their lives, prompted the Duke to sponsor a competition to design a self-righting lifeboat. The resulting boat, the Percy was built at the Duke's expense and ...

Why Trying to Sell Timeshare Property is So Hard Thursday, September 23, 2010
The economy is taking its toll on everyone, especially those who are trying to sell timeshare vacation plans. From businesses to families to college students, the pain is widespread. Businesses are cutting back on their spending and families are making due with less, and college students are transferring to state schools to keep from going into crippling debt. And in the time share owners community this economic shift has left many owners searching for ways to sell timeshare contracts so that they can stop paying timeshare fees.
For timeshare owners, the situation is no different. Anyone who owns a timeshare will notice that their fees have gone up or that they have been charged a special assessment of some kind. For many of you, the answer is simple: sell my timeshare. But it is not so easy to sell timeshare properties and many time share owners can testify that it's a rather difficult process. Why?
Well, there are several methods, but the one that's going to be the most relevant has to do with the state of the economy. As already mentioned, the economy is making everything harder. Timeshares are thus becoming harder to own. And if they're harder to own, it's going to be even harder to sell your timeshare even if it's a redweek timeshare. I know that the salesman or saleswoman tried pitching the timeshare to you as an investment-but let's be real-time shares are not investments, you simply cannot sell timeshare property in the same way you would sell regular real estate.
Anyone who is trying to sell timeshare property is going to have an extremely difficult for the foreseeable future. More Americans are realizing that paying in advance for a vacation does not make sense. They further realize that paying for an asset that only drains their pocketbook does not make sense. For those of you looking to sell your timeshare, be mindful of the economy and the mindset and bank account of the average consumer. And if you find yourself among those who are burdened with a timeshare, you may need to find an option other than trying to sell timeshare weeks.
It is important to understand that it is an incredibly tough time share resales market. Many time share owners have experienced similar problems and were unable to sell their timeshare. They've been through the hassle of trying to list their time share on resale sites, but did not have any luck. They just could not sell timeshare property for anything.
One good timeshare exit solution is to use a timeshare transfer service to have your name removed from the timeshare contract. This is a much simpler and easier way to get out of a timeshare contract. The best part about using this exit method is that you will not have to go through the sell timeshare strategy and risk losing more time and money trying to get out.
Getting your name off of a timeshare contract can be difficult. Thankfully there are options other than trying to sell timeshare property. With the exit solution services of Timeshare Relief you can be timeshare free in no time. Tracie A. Newcastle is devoted to reporting about the timeshare industry. She has been able to help countless timeshare owners decide what to do with their timeshare properties and highly recommends the services of Timeshare Relief to anyone who wishes to exit their timeshare.

Quick Guide to Malaga Airport Monday, September 20, 2010
Arriving at a strange airport can often be a stressful experience - especially if it is during the hot and busy summer months and you are travelling with children, carrying a lot of luggage and arriving late at night.
I know Malaga Airport very well as I live on the Costa del Sol and travel to and from there several times a year. I have therefore written a fact sheet detailing all you need to know when you arrive at or depart from Malaga Airport.
1. How to Get to Malaga Airport
When you are booking your flight to Malaga Airport there are over 9 airlines operating from 20 UK airports offering regular scheduled and charter flights.
If you are flying from the London or the South you can get flights from Bournemouth, Bristol, Southampton, Exeter, Gatwick, Heathrow, Luton and Stansted Airports.
Travellers from the North of England can fly into Malaga from Blackpool, Doncaster Sheffield, Leeds Bradford, Manchester, Liverpool and Newcastle in the North and Midlands' travellers have the choice of Birmingham and East Midlands Airport.
Other UK airports include Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow International and Prestwick Airports in Scotland, Belfast International in Ireland and Cardiff in Wales.
2. Landing at Malaga Airport
Once you have landed and disembarked from the aircraft you should head towards the baggage reclaim hall which is on the ground floor. Depending on your arrival gate this can be quite a walk, but there are travelators which will take you all the way there. If you do have mobility problems, make sure that you inform your airline of this when you make the reservation so that they can arrange for a buggy to be waiting when the aircraft docks. Look for the TV monitors at the entrance of the luggage which indicate which belt your luggage will appear on. You will find the public toilets situated to the right hand side in the corner of the arrivals hall.
3. Hiring a Car at Malaga Airport
If you have hired a car which you need to pick up from Malaga Airport, if it is from a rent a car company who is located in the main airport terminal (Auriga Crown, Autos Lido, Avis, Europcar, Goldcar, Hertz, National Atesa, Record, Sixt and Solmar) then you will see a slope off to the right at the end of the arrivals hall which leads to their desks. If it is an offsite car hire company (AutoLink, Car Gest, Centauro, First Car Group, Global Car Hire, Holiday Car Hire, Marbesol, Malaga Car, National, Niza Cars, Pepecars, Tony's Rent a Car, Top Rent a Car and Yellow Car) then you need to go through into the public arrivals hall, out through the main door, turn right, walk a very short distance past the taxi rank and main bus stop outside to the car rental pick up point. The majority of the offsite car rental firms are located on a slip road running adjacent to the Avenida Garcia Morato which is the approach road into Malaga Airport just a few minutes away.
The route to the Costa del Sol is well signposted when you leave Malaga Airport. Drive out of the airport terminal and follow sign to Cadiz, N340-E15. There is a BP garage on your left and after 50 metres there is roundabout and the San Miguel Brewery. Take the second exit off and get into the right hand lane ready to take the slip road in 100m. Direction Torremolinos & Cadiz, N340.
Before you set off check you are familiar with all the controls of your rent a car as this is your opportunity to ask the representative any questions.
4. Taxis at Malaga Airport
If you are planning on getting a taxi to your holiday destination you will find the rank to the right directly outside the arrivals hall. By law standard Malaga Airport taxis can only carry up to a maximum of 4 passengers (including children), and they do not provide baby or child booster seats. If you are travelling in a large party, are carrying a large amount of luggage or if you require special child seating then it is a lot easier if you pre-book a private transfer.
It costs about EUR12 for a taxi into Malaga City centre, EUR16 to Torremolinos, EUR15 to Benalmadena Costa, EUR35 to Fuengirola, EUR35 to Mijas, EUR70 to Marbella, EUR75 to Puerto Banus, EUR80 to San Pedro and EUR90 to Estepona. These fares will vary depending on the time and day you are travelling as late at night or on Sundays and bank holidays will be more expensive.
5. Buses at Malaga Airport
You can find the bus stop by turning right as you exit arrivals and walk for approximately 20 metres.
There are two main services: the C19 to Malaga City Centre and the main bus station and Maria Zambrano Railway Station. It runs every 20-40 minutes depending on the time of day and costs EUR1.10 single fare (pay the driver). The first bus leaves at 07.00 and the last at 24.00.
The second service is the non stop coach direct to Marbella bus station, where you can get connections to San Pedro, Estepona and Puerto Banus. Journey time is 45 minutes and it costs EUR4.30 (pay the driver) with buses leaving at hourly or two hourly intervals depending on the time of year.
6. Trains at Malaga Airport
There is a train service from Malaga Airport which goes to Malaga City in one direction and Fuengirola in the other.
The platform is on the opposite side of the road from the airport terminal first floor level (departures). You turn right out of the departures hall, walk past the new terminal 1 extension until you come to a sign sending you over zebra crossing into the car park area. Look to the left in the car park and follow the signs until you get to an elevated metal bridge which crosses the motorway below and eventually leads to the station.
It is about a six minute walk which is all on one level until you get to the station platform when you need to climb a dozen or so fairly steep concrete steps to get to it. So anyone with walking difficulties will have a problem. You can purchase your tickets from a machine at the base of these steps.
Trains run to Malaga City Centre every 30 minutes from 06:49 to 23:49. The single fare is between EUR1.20 and EUR1.30 depending on the day of travel. Journey time about 10 minutes.
Trains from Malaga Airport to Torremolinos, Benalmadena and Fuengirola every 30 minutes from 05:24 to 22:34. to 23:17 The fares for this journey range from EUR1.85 to EUR2.00. Total journey time around 35 minutes.
7. Parking at Malaga Airport
There are currently over 2,000 parking spaces at Malaga Airport split into three different areas: P1, P2 and the General Aviation, P1 is the largest with 1,533 spaces, P2 has 968 spaces and General Aviation has just 47.
Parking for hire cars is located on floor 1 of P2 and floors 1 and 2 of P1. You pay for your parking at the machine with either credit card or cash before you get to your car when leaving the airport
The tariffs for the parking at all Malaga Airport car parks are first 30 minutes or less EUR0.63: second half hour or less EUR1.00: all or part of each additional hour EUR1.64: daily maximum up to 4 days, EUR18.00: daily maximum from the fifth day EUR14.40.
8. Checking in and Departing from Malaga Airport
There are three departures halls at Malaga Airport. The main one is on the first floor of Terminal 2 (above the arrivals hall) and handles most of the flights.
There is also a check in hall on the ground floor of Terminal 1 and on the first floor which can be accessed from Terminal 1 and also via a slope in the left hand corner of Terminal 2.
9. Shops, Bars & Cafes at Malaga Airport
Malaga Airport Shops provide a good opportunity to stock up on last minute presents and duty-free goods. Goods sold range from sporting gear through to fashion, jewellery, music, toys, electronics, home decoration, confectionery, local foods, as well as five Aldeasa Stores selling the usual duty-free make-up, perfumes, cigarettes and alcohol. The main shopping area is in Terminal 2 past security on the second floor, although there are a few duty free shops and newsagents leading to the departure gates.
There is a pharmacy in the public area on the first floor of Terminal 1, which you can get to from Terminal 2 via an adjoining tunnel. It is open from 09:00 to 21:00. There is also a post office (Monday to Friday 08:30-14:30 & Saturday 09:30-13:00) and lost luggage office located here.
Opening times for the shops are generally 08:00 to 20:00 although this may vary for individual boutiques.
There are several restaurants at Malaga Airport with a couple of cafes before security in the Terminal 2 building and a restaurant serving meals in the adjoining walkway to Terminal 1. Inside the entrance hall of Terminal 1 there is another cafe serving sandwiches and drinks.
Once through security there is an upstairs area on the second floor of Terminal 2 where you will find the majority of shops and a large self service cafeteria serving hot and cold food, a small cafe and a Haagen Daz kiosk. There are also a few cafes serving cold snacks and drinks by the departure gates.
If you are meeting someone in the public arrivals hall then the Bar del Golf on the left hand side of the entrance doors from the luggage hall is a good place to wait.
This guide to Malaga Airport was written by Linda Craik who is the main editor for the Spanish Airport Guide which is a comprehensive guide to all Spanish Airports

10 Tips For Choosing a Good Website Design Sunday, September 19, 2010
Website design is arguably the most important aspect of a website. Whilst functionality and content are extremely important, it's design that draws people in and makes them use the site.
Here's what you need to know if you are thinking about redesigning your website:
1. Your website design needs to be clear and easy to use. Your visitors need to be able to see immediately what the site is about.
2. You'll want to make sure that the website layout you choose is concise. You don't want to make your visitors hung high and low for the navigation or for your all important content, or products.
3. The colours and design you used to be easy to read. You might want something stylish and artistic, but this shouldn't detract from your visitors' user experience. People still expect to have navigation in the same place on each and every page.
4. You'll want to make sure that your navigation and links are easy to follow so that your visitors can easily find their way round. Make sure that your design is consistent. Don't have some images as link, and not others; don't use underlined text for some links and not others, as it will be very confusing.
5. Make sure that your website is engaging and encourages visitors to explore your website and read your content. There's no point have highly relevant content, or excellent products that are hard to reach.
6. It sounds obvious, but make sure it's apparent what the site is about. If you've got an ecommerce site then you'll want to make sure that visitors know that it's a shop can find the products they want to be quickly and easily.
7. Make it clear what you want your visitors to do next, with plenty of calls to action. You want your visitors to add products to the shopping basket, or want people to contact your about your services, or download your software.
8. You might want to take advantage of Facebook or Twitter or any of the other social networking sites. How could your website design, contents or products take advantage of the many users on these sorts of sites?
9. Your products or services might be better explained using videos. How can you incorporate them into your website design?
10. You'll want to make sure that your website is worth coming back to. It's important that you keep the look and feel of the site as well as the content fresh, so make sure that your website design allows for this.
Now that you know more about website design, and what to look out for, perhaps now is the time to think about changing your website design.
If you're looking for a new website, or want to refresh your website, you'll want an experienced web designer to do the job. If you're looking for Website Design London, or Website Design Newcastle, then why not see how rippleffect.com can design your perfect website?

FA Cup Third Round Betting Review Saturday, September 11, 2010
There were not many surprises in the FA Cup third round, but the shock results in the minority were certainly spectacular ones.
Manchester United remain 9/2 second favourites despite whimpering to a goalless draw against non league Burton Albion. This was the second time in as many seasons the Reds have been held by Conference opposition, although it will mean a lucrative payday for Nigel Clough's side when the two sides replay at Old Trafford.
Middlesbrough were also held to a draw by Conference North side Nuneaton Borough. Former Leicester City apprentice Gez Murphy scored a 90 minute penalty to level matters after Gaizka Mendieta gave Boro the lead after 15 minutes.
Fulham became the first Premiership side to be dumped out of the Cup, going down 2-1 at home to League Two side Leyton Orient on Sunday afternoon.
Sunday proved to be a bad day for Premiership sides with Tottenham Hotspur the next victims. The perennial FA Cup underachievers surrendered a two goal lead at Leicester's Walkers Stadium with the Foxes winning an entertaining match 3-2. Despite the stunning victory, Championship outfit Leicester remain 200/1 underdogs to win the Cup.
Elsewhere it was business as usual for the Premiership sides. Chelsea, favourites at 11/4 needed an 81 minute winner to see off plucky Huddersfield while 11/2 third favourites Arsenal had a late scare against battling Cardiff but clung on for a 2-1 victory.
Liverpool (13/2) were involved in a remarkable match with Luton Town, in which they found themselves 3-1 down after the break, although three goals in 12 minutes restored the Reds lead to 4-3, with Xabi Alonso scoring from inside his own half at the death for Liverpool's fifth, a goal which earned one lucky punter over £25,000 after placing a bet on him achieving such a feat.
Blackburn despatched QPR by a convincing 3-0 as did Bolton away at Watford, while struggling Sunderland managed the same against non league Northwich Victoria.
A host of ties could only muster a single goal in the Premiership sides favour, with 25/1 Newcastle edging past Mansfield, Gareth Barry's goal being enough for Aston Villa (33/1) to see off Hull and 100/1 outsiders Portsmouth to win at Ipswich.
The third round isn't over for Everton who drew 1-1 at Millwall, a scoreline repeated by West Brom against Reading and Wigan Athletic against Leeds. Birmingham City could only muster a goalless draw at League Two side Torquay United.

3-5-2 Formation - Why is it So Popular? Wednesday, September 8, 2010
The 3-5-2 is one of the most popular formations in world football today. Discover why this is so in this article.
Along with the 4-4-2, the 3-5-2 formation and it's variations are probably the most common formations used by world club and national managers today. Let's find out why.
Good Defensive Foundation
With three main defenders, each of which should be good in the air and possess the qualities of a classic central defender, this formation already has a solid base. But there are also a further two wing-backs who can track back and provide, effectively, a five man defense.
This makes it superior to the four man defence in a 4-4-2, as long as the wing-backs do their job and track back often. The alternative is to make sure that one or two of the midfielders are defensive minded.
Great Midfield
Great games are usually won and lost in the midfield. This is where control of the game can be seized and kept. The 3-5-2 is an excellent formation for dominating the midfield. Every formation like this will have wing-backs who are basically wingers with additional defensive responsibilities. They will be zipping up and down the flanks the whole match so they need a lot of stamina and speed.
Variations Of Central Midfield
The centre of the midfield is where it gets interesting. There are a couple of main ways to do this and arranging the three available men you have.
Like Zidane
The first is to have on attacking midfielder and two defensive midfielders. The single attacker will link up with the wing-backs and the two strikers further up the field. He needs to be a very strong player and a great playmaker because nearly everything will go through him. Think of players like Zidane!
The two defensive midfielders provide a rock in front of the defense. This type of defense is very hard to penetrate and most teams try to go around it rather than pass through it.
Lone Rock
The other way to do it is to have one of the midfielders only be defensive minded. You must have a strong and hard as nails player to protect the defense, who is not afraid of tackling. Think of players like Roy Keane Or Gatusso.
The advantage is that this gives you two attack minded midfielders to support the two strikers and the wing-backs in attacking. Expect lots of goals!

Cheap Hotels in Newcastle Upon Tyne
I have always thought getting cheap flights to and booking a cheap hotel room in Newcastle is going to be difficult considering the average level of my income, but the way the whole trip played out was fascinating. I have been planning for the trip before last November but of cause my office boss won't release me not until a few weeks to Christmas. I did some researching on the internet for the phrase cheap flights and hotels and what it returned was worth looking into.
After the show with my office and the booking, I set for the journey on the 9th of December. I got to Newcastle on the morning of the 10th which was a Thursday. Any tourist would love this city. Right from the Newcastle International Airport I took a Metro Light Rail system to the city center-6 miles to the main center of the city. But one thing I have noticed is the diverse in the cross section of city. As there were places for the riches so also are places for the poor, but in general the city is a magnificent. Here are the tourist attractions
The Gateshead Millennium Bridge
Due to the many waterways in Newcastle there are many bridges that could make impression on one but the one I really think make the most impression on me is the Gateshead Millennium Bridge, popularly called the "Blinking Eye. I don't think I have seen this type of bridge before now. Leaving the bridge, I went to see the quay side and other bridges in Tyne. And oh it gets lovely even more. These places are cosmopolitan areas with restaurants and bars and places to sit or stand and watch river Tyne.
The Theaters
I visited many theatres like the theatre Royal on Grey Street and the Journal Tyne Theatre. There are also many more.
The nightlife in this city is magnificent. I discovered it wasn't a lie as I have read somewhere that this city is a fun loving city. There are many night clubs and bars that will stay opened until late in the night with everyone have fun.
Chinatown is also in Newcastle which is the center of carnivals. They celebrate the Chinese New Year annually.
Moreover, there are many more places one can visit like the fascinating St. James' Park-A football stadium.
Think of Newcastle on your next holiday.

Ten Fun Things to Do in Sarasota, Florida Friday, September 3, 2010
Sarasota, Florida is a great place to vacation or live. The following are ten fun things to do in Sarasota.
The first fun thing to do is going to Sarasota Jungle Gardens. This is a ten acre zoological garden which is a peaceful as well as an educational oasis. There are endangered and rare exotic birds. Crocodiles are on display. Jungle trails wind through the lush vegetation. Educational reptile and bird shows are presented. Flamingos galore roam around freely and might even eat from the palm of your hand.
The second thing you can enjoy is the Sarasota Classic Car Museum. This antique car museum has over one hundred vintage cars including the Mini Cooper owned by Paul McCartney. You can see anything from an Edsel to a Ferrari. There is an antique game arcade that works too.
The G. Wiz Science Museum has one of a kind interactive exhibits. One is Mindball where you move matter just with your brain. Where else can you create a lightning bolt? The laser guitar and laser harp you can play are unusual too. The Madagascar hissing cockroaches are worth seeing.
Mote Marine Lab & Aquarium is a true Florida Experience. You can see sea turtles, dolphins and other marine life closeup.
The John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art is one of Sarasota's treasures. Art masterpieces by Rubens, El Greco, van Dyck and others abound. These works are from the private collection of the circus magnate John Ringling. Its Italian Renaissance architecture is artistic in itself.
Next door is the Ca d'Zan mansion. Its grandeur stuns. There are fifty-six rooms in this palatial home built by John and Mable Ringling.
The Circus Museum is on the grounds too. Circus memorabilia documents the history of The Ringling circus. There are circus costumes, posters, huge parade wagons and also artifacts from the movie filmed in Sarasota The Greatest Show on Earth.
Stroll through the Selby Botanical Gardens. Gorgeous plants and flowers will delight you. The outdoor butterfly garden is a treat.
For baseball fans there is Ed Smith stadium. Watch the Baltimore Orioles in spring training here.
Last but not least are the beaches. Crescent Beach is nearby and was given the title "World's Finest, Whitest Sand." Be sure to swim in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

Wild Soccer Facts! Thursday, September 2, 2010
Soccer, the most watched and played sport in the world, has some amazing and weird facts that are truly fascinating! Here are some you might enjoy.
During the first World Cup in 1930 at Uruguay, the soccer balls used were monkey skulls wrapped in paper and leather!
Soccer as we know it originated in Britain.

There's no easy way out of a timeshare contract.
In fact, it might prove difficult to show that there are nearly any exits at all. Unless you're able to sell your timeshare, there are few, if any, alternatives.
You're saying to yourself: that doesn't sound right. I can always give back my timeshare to the resort.
Well, that's where we go back to the timeshare contract. There are no words in the timeshare contract that explicitly state that the resort must take back the timeshare. Instead, it says the opposite. Your vacation home is your property, and if you don't like it, there is little you can do about it.
So now you probably feel like you're stuck. There's this timeshare weighing you down, keeping you from enjoying financial freedom, and there's nothing you can do.
Well, thankfully, there are some solutions.
The simplest and best way out of a timeshare contract is going to be to utilize a fee service that will get rid of the timeshare for good. This means that all the maintenance fees and any other billings are take off your shoulders. Your name will be off the deed forever. In order to take your name off the contract, you're going to have to go with a timeshare company that has a guaranteed exit solution and has a stellar rating with the Better Business Bureau. Doing a search will allow you to check on the claims made against the company, and to see if they were resolved satisfactorily.
